Martyn has been part of the team for 2 years and has a background as a County standard Swimmer and Athlete, which means that health and fitness have always been a passion.

Martyn's welcoming persona sees him working with male and female clients of all ages. 

Martyn also has additional Nutrition and Coaching qualifications which allow for more detailed programming.

 Chantelle has completed a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She also has years of experience and knowledge within the health and fitness industry. Including strength and conditioning, Nutrition and Pre and Post natal training.

 

Chantelle is here to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding way

Brad has a great reputation for working as a Personal Trainer alongside being a Golf Pro. He understands the aches and pains that come with playing sport and day-to-day life. He has a wealth of knowledge for corrective exercise to help people move better and ultimately feel better.

Brad is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness/sporting goals and offers regular support throughout your fitness journey!

As a mum of 2 she can guide you through your pre and post natal journey understanding that every pregnancy is different.
